tan aham te ’bhidhasyami

 deva-vrata-mukhac chrutan

jñana-vairagya-vijñana-

 sraddha-bhakty-upabrmhitan

 

Translation: 

 

I will now speak unto you those religious principles of Vedic knowledge, detachment, self-realization, faith and devotional service that were heard directly from the mouth of Bhismadeva.
