nedur dundubhayo vyomni
brahmesadya vibhutayah
puspaih kirantas tam pritah
sasamsur nanrtuh striyah
Translation:
Kettledrums resounded in the sky as Brahma, Siva and other demigods, the Lord’s expansions, rained down flowers upon Him with pleasure. They chanted His praises, and their wives danced.
