purohito ’tharva-vid vai

 juhava graha-santaye

 

Translation: 

 

The best of brahmanas chanted mantras of the Rg, Sama and Yajur Vedas for the bride’s protection, and the priest learned in the Atharva Veda offered oblations to pacify the controlling planets.
