tasya avedayat praptam

 sasamsa yadu-nandanam

uktam ca satya-vacanam

 atmopanayanam prati

 

Translation: 

 

The brahmana announced to her the arrival of Lord Yadunandana and relayed the Lord’s promise to marry her.
