mahesvaro vaisnavas ca

 yuyudhate jvarav ubhau

 

Translation: 

 

Seeing this personified weapon approach, Lord Narayana then released His own personified fever weapon, the Visnu-jvara. The Siva-jvara and Visnu-jvara thus battled each other.
